Hair is considered a mala (by-product) of asthi dhatu. If asthi dhatu is either vitiated ( dushit) or not properly formed, then it can lead to hairfall, and new hair may not grow properly
If digestive fire is not functioning properly, the nourishment of the dhatus will not occur adequately, which can eventually lead to the problem of hairfall.

3. Important point to know
1) Gut Health & Digestion is important
If gut health is not maintained properly and digestion is not working well, then no matter how nutritious the food you eat is, proper absorption will not happen.
Over time, hair growth will slow down, and the hair roots will become weak.
For good gut health, the best thing is to maintain a healthy lifestyle and get regular sleep.
2) Focus on diet
In almost all cases, diet plays a very vital role. So the first focus should be on diet
It is not that if someone is advised to take an amla or iron-rich diet, they should consume only that. This should not be done.
Instead of this, all food groups should be included in the diet, and only the deficient nutrients should be taken in slightly higher amounts.
Take an adequate amount of water
3) Focus on pranayama, Meditation, and yoga
Include meditation, yoga, and pranayam in your daily life.
This will improve blood circulation and ensure proper oxygen supply to the scalp.
It will also reduce anxiety, tension, and stress, help in getting good sleep, and improve gut health as well.
Hair fall is not a disease by itself, but it can appear as a symptom of different diseases or deficiencies. Therefore, oiling alone will not help unless the root cause is.
